BOARD RATES

Full Service Training Board
$1,800/month

Must include a minimum of 1x weekly training package 
  • Premium Feed
  • Administration of client purchased supplements
  • Two daily stall treatments (1 full clean AM; 1 pick PM)
  • Customized turnout
  • Horse holding/scheduling for routine vet, and dentist*
  • Blanketing when temperatures drop below 55°
  • Blanket cleaning and storage
  • Fly spray system
  • Access to climate-controlled tack rooms

Full Non-Training Board
$1,750/month

  • Includes all full board services
  • No training requirements
  • Lessons/Training rides can be purchased a la carte at a non-training client rate of $85 per lesson
  • Non WBF trainers specializing in complimentary disciplines outside of our training scope (Ex: Dressage) are welcome, a ring fee of $30/session will apply, and professional liability insurance must be provided
  • Lessons must be scheduled in advance, outside WBF training hours.

Dry Stall/Self Care
$500/month

  • Choice of available stall in dry stall section
  • Owner supplies their own feed, bedding, fan, feed buckets, water buckets
  • Owners schedules their own service providers (Vet, Farrier, Dentist)
  • Owner is responsible for daily cleaning of stall 
  • Access to climate-controlled tack room
  • Owner is responsible for keeping their area tidy
  • Owner must schedule turn out time with other self-care boarders sharing paddock space (Maximum of 3 horses per paddock)
  • Eligible for boarder training package rates
  • 1st, last and security deposit required upon move in ($1,500)
  • Half of move in cost required to hold stall ($750)
  • Trailer Parking available for an additional $50/monthly

Boarder's Responsibilities

  • Provide personal tack
  • All blankets and sheets
  • Halters, lead ropes, fly masks etc.
  • Grooming supplies in addition to brushes and hoof picks (Ex: Shampoo, conditioner, fungus lotion, medicated cream for cuts etc.)
  • No unauthorized access to feed, hay, shavings, medications, or any barn supplies other than those in the common grooming areas
  • All horse care change requests (ex: feed, supplement, turnout, etc.) should be submitted via email to [email protected]

Full Service Board Training Packages

  • Lessons are not always taught on an individual basis, if you would like to request a guaranteed private lesson, a $50 fee per lesson will incur
  • Sunday lessons are included in all training packages and will not count towards a purchased training package

  • ​Lesson days are predetermined at the beginning of the month
  • Lessons are NOT TRANSFERRABLE from week to week
  • If lesson is rained out, or any other unforeseeable circumstances arises-lessons may be rescheduled for the SAME week. (Monday- Sunday)

  • Tack/untack for lessons and rides within scheduled hours ($10/day)
  • Barn Manager or Trainer consult with vets or farriers as needed ($25+ depending on time required) *

Trailering 

  • Palm Beach Equine-Wellington*
    • Single Horse: $300 | Multi-Horse: $225
  • Wellington Show (Round Trip)
    • Single Horse: $285 | Multi-Horse: $225
  • Venice/Ocala Show (Round Trip)
    • Single Horse: $525 | Multi-Horse: $385
*Based on single day, round trip, 30-minute vet visit. Additional charges may be incurred for longer visits. In the event of a multi-day stay, pick up/drop off rate will be doubled unless there is space on a previously arranged trip

Horse Sales and Leases 

  • ​10% Commission will be charged on horse sales and leases with an outside party
  • 10% Commission will be charged to each buyer/seller on sales and leases within the barn
  • 10% Commission will be charged to the lessor monthly on partial leases
Services are billed on a four-week billing schedule
